Oral Health
There are a number of things you can do to maintain good oral health:
- Brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes each time. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste.
- Floss your teeth once a day. Flossing helps to remove plaque and bacteria from between your teeth, where your toothbrush cannot reach.
- Eat a healthy diet. Limit sugary foods and drinks, which can contribute to cavities.
- Visit your dentist for regular checkups and cleanings. Your dentist can identify and treat problems early on, before they become more serious.
